One of the most beautiful fountain pens from Italy, in my humble opinion. This 88P model is a bit slender / smaller than the Aurora 88, which keeps arriving in my shop on a more or less regular basis. The cap is also different. However, the filling mechanism is a piston one, and quite a good one at that, I may add. Not a walk in the park to service it, but not a major pain either. This particular pen's piston seal has shrunk and it is useless, so I will have a new piston seal out of cork, just like the original. I can see this pen being around more than me, in the future.
