Waterman Phileas Blue Marbled fountain pen, sent in for a bent nib; one of the tines has been forced outwards. Not a tragedy, but the tine has been bent right at the point of tip weld line. This may (or may not) be a serious issue: mending the tine could bring with it a crack at the weld point. Fingers crossed!
